The featured article talks about the condominium market here in the Charlottesville/ Albemarle area. Many of the condos are affordable in the current market, and are being purchased soon after they come onto the market. A few of the complexes mentioned are Hessian Hills, Carriage Hill, Turtle Creek and Monticello Overlook. The Hessian Hills condos are nearly sold out. I have sold two of the units to Law School students. It’s a great location, and one would be hard pressed to find another location to purchase, closer to the Law School.
