Fluvanna Real Estate Taxes

A recent article in the Daily Progress discusses the possibility of a 7-cent tax increase for Fluvanna County. The County board of Supervisors will begin working on the budget in February, and public hearing will be on April 12.

Fluvanna County lowered their real estate tax rate by 18-cents in 2005. Assessments Fluvanna have been increasing, hence the price drop. However, as everywhere else, costs are increasing. Lake Monticello last year added a special assessment into their fees.
