With growth & development making the news, eminent domain is now a buzz word around town. With the Supreme Court ruling earlier in the year, there has been talk about it locally as well. The Jefferson Area Libertarians are also concerned about this, and have issued a press release in regards to the Tuesday hearing by the Board of Supervisors.
