Home Buyers and the Internet
A recently completed survey by the National Association of Realtors, found many buyers go to the internet for information on Real Estate. The “use of the Internet to search for a home has risen dramatically over time, increasing to 77 percent of buyers in 2005 from only 2 percent in 1995; it was 74 percent in 2004.”

With more and more information becoming avaliable on the web, it’s great that folks are using the web. When interested in an area, buyers can use links from a Realtor website to get more information about the community. From schools, media, County websites, dining options, and transportation, it’s on the web.
