I-81 Growing Pains

The Hook has an interesting article on the continuing conversations about what should happen with I-81 in the Valley. Should they widen the road and change it to a toll road,

or expand the railroad and run it parallel?

Either way, as more people move south, the infrastructure will have to be upgraded.
