“Old Trail Village developers see their 250-acre project as a new village that follows Crozet’s master plan and would enhance the area. Some Crozet residents, though, see it as a threat to the existing downtown that conflicts with their long-term vision.”

The Daily Progress has another article in regards to the Old Trail Development in Crozet. Some people are concerned about the development, primarily about the effect on roads and schools. The developer believes these concerns can be addressed from the extra tax revenue supplied from Old Trail.
