“The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality has given Fluvanna County the go-ahead to withdraw water from the James River.” reports the Daily Progress This is great news for Zion Crossroads, as well as Lake Monticello and Fork Union. With Zion Crossroads growing rapidly, this will help ease the water burnden. Louisa and Fluvanna Counties will split the total cost.
